Associate Member of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging
Erik graduated in 1996 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ghent University in Belgium. After his residency at the Department of Reproduction, Obstetrics and Herd Health, he became Diplomate of the European College of Animal Reproduction (ECAR) in 2003. In 2008 Erik certified at the International Society of Equine Locomotor Pathology (ISELP). Since 1998 he has worked at Lingehoeve Diergeneeskunde equine referral hospital in Lienden, The Netherlands where he is mainly involved in locomotor pathology. In 2010 Erik became Associate Member (LA) of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI). Over the last few years, Erik has given many national and international lectures on equine orthopaedics.
