CONTENT DESCRIPTION

Some of the most daunting cases presented to the veterinarian are the hit-by-car patients and those attacked by other dogs. They may arrive with hysterical owners or a good Samaritan who doesn’t know the dog or cat and can be anywhere from barely hurt to barely alive with severe life-threatening trauma.

Join us for this panel discussion where our esteemed panelists will discuss how these cases can be approached, what to be aware of, what pitfalls to avoid and how to make the best decisions for these patients.

We will discuss those important steps in assessment, examination and stabilisation. We will then address what to do next. We will discuss a variety of examples using case studies and welcome questions.
